Everio is equipped with 35x optical zoom for magnification with full optical quality and Digital zoom takes users up to 800x.

JVC GZ-MG330 comes with a built-in digital image stabilizer which effectively compensates for "camera-shake", enabling stable image shooting. The GZ-MG330’s data battery allows users to check the remaining battery power by percentage and remaining recording time in minutes. This camcorder uses 6 digital noise reduction systems to improve the S/N ratio by about 30% (3dB) over previous models while the integrated MPEG-2 encoder helps reduce block noise and mosquito noise. JVC GZ-MG330 also features Everio Gem Colors, 1/6-inch 680K pixel CCD, Micro SD card slot, Gigabrid Engine and up to 9999 digital stills at the highest quality. JVC GZ-MG330 is easy to operate and comes with Auto LCD Backlight Control, Auto Illumi.Light and a 2.7” 16:9 Widescreen Clear LCD. JVC GZ-MG330 also features One-Touch Backup to PC (Direct Backup), One-Touch DVD Creation (Direct DVD) and Built-in Picture Titles. In order to safeguard Hard Disk Drive from shocks and vibrations, the JVC GZ-MG330 has a built in Floating Suspension System that effectively dampens vibrations through polymer shock absorbers. The Gravity Sensor System automatically senses sudden acceleration such as in a free fall situation, and turns off the power to defend the hard disk so that a head crash can be avoided even when the unit is dropped.

The JVC GZ-MG330 features a smaller, lighter body than previous Everio units along with a choice of three stylish colors. It is the entry level unit in JVC's recent line of five Everio HDD DV camcorders. Clearly, JVC is aiming to make this unit as much of a fashion accessory as many cell phones have become. The camcorder is available in silver as model number GZ-MG330H, in red as model number GZ-MG330R and in blue as GZ-MG330A. Aside from the color, the three models are... Read more

I have also purchased a car charger for it which can be really helpful if you are travelling around like on holiday etc. It is a great gadget to have, but i love gadgets to be totally honest! I have it in a gun metal silver ish colour, not the purple colour shown in the picture. It is a good buy, but i suppose i got it for $250 as i got it in america! if you can afford it, its well worth the money.. Read more

This camera is awesome! It has a touch screen for your menu. When I got it I immediately plugged it in and charged it and just started using it. It is so easy to use, I never even open the user manual. I can not wait to take this on all of our vacations. It is so very small that it literally fits in the palm of my hand. I can put it in my purse I dont even need an extra bag. And for Vanns.com--great prices! Lightning fast shipping! They sent me a very nice camera bag for... Read more

I bought this camera for an upcoming Big Vacation. It fits my big hand as nicely as it fits my wife's small hand. The controls are easy and convenient.
