The Logitech V450 laser mouse features an ergonomic design with non-slip rubber side panels for better grip and control over the cursor. It also has sculpted keys that provides for a natural position for the fingers.
The mouse is small in size and has transportability features including Logitech’s Plug-and-Forget nano-receiver that can be stored within the battery compartment, turning it into a single unit. When the receiver is attached, the mouse automatically turns off.
The Logitech V450 is powered by two AA alkaline batteries that can last up to 1 year. The battery life can be extended through the automatic on/off function. A battery power indicator located below the right and left mouse buttons allows users to monitor battery life.
The cordless mouse is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later. It connects to computers via a 2.4 GHz USB nano-receiver.
Apart from the mouse and the nano-receiver, the Logitech V450 ships with a Logitech software CD for PCs and Macs, a quick-start guide, two alkaline batteries, a desktop USB extension stand, and a 3-year limited hardware warranty card.

The Logitech V450 is an outstanding cordless laptop mouse. The V450 is packed with features not found on some desktop mice such as the side-to-side scrolling + zoom & soft rubber grip. Being a little smaller than most home mice the V450 can be maneuvered easily when you don't have an abundant amount of space to work in. Perfect for the person that travels or has limited deskspace at school. I highly recommend Logitech's V450 for notebook use, it's small & lightweight,... Read more
In my humble opinion, the V450 is the cream of the wireless notebook mouse crop. The more ergonomic design, & weight make it effortless to use, & the transmitter storage compartment is definitely a welcomed addition. Over the weeks of use, I've not yet had to worry about battery life once. I've also been able to use the V450 on any surface with no issues whatsoever. The small size of the transmitter is a plus as well, as it is less likely to snag on anything should you... Read more

Very comfortable for such a small mouse. The receiver fits inside the mouse for easy storage. Very accurate and works on a variety of surfaces. No side buttons, good for the left-handed since it's ambidextrous, but I prefer forward/back buttons on the sides over the ability to use in my left hand (being right-handed). Also, this doesn't come with any pouch, which isn't a big problem because it stores the receiver inside the mouse, but it would've been a nice touch. My... Read more
