Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 7000

The Microsoft 7000 is a wireless laser mouse that comes in a black color with silver accents. The mouse, which measures 3.2 x 4.8 inches (W x D), has an ergonomically sculpted symmetrical design allowing for better comfort and control for both left and right-handed users. The Wireless Laser Mouse 7000 features Microsoft’s High Definition Laser technology which delivers a smooth, precise, and responsive tracking at 1000 dpi when used on almost any surface.

Apart from the standard left and right mouse buttons, the Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 7000 features a 4-way scroll wheel. This scroll wheel can also be used to access Windows Flip 3D allowing users to flip through open windows and switch between applications. The Microsoft 7000 also comes with a magnifier button located on the left side of the mouse. New functions can be reassigned to all buttons using the included software. This software allows users to change the buttons’ functions and assign them to a wide variety of alternative shortcuts.

The Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 7000 is compatible with Windows XP and Windows Vista. It connects to computers via a 2.4 GHz wireless USB transreceiver that has a maximum operating distance of up to 30 feet.

The Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 7000 is powered by a single AAA battery that can be recharged using the charging station. It has a battery status indicator located below the scroll wheel so users can easily monitor its battery life. This monitor glows red when battery life is running low.

    Nous voici déjà à la fin de cet article. Nous sommes donc ici en présence d'une souris identique à la Wireless Laser Mouse 6000, si ce n'est la couleur. Identique en apparence seulement, puisque quelques différences peuvent faire pencher la balance pour l'une ou l'autre souris. Tout d'abord, l'espace pour ranger l'émetteur n'est plus présent sous la WLM 7000, les nomades pourraient donc préférer sa petite soeur. Par contre, ceux qui préfèrent une batterie... Read more

    Overall, the Wireless Laser Mouse 7000 is actually not a bad mouse to use - the mouse functions well and the shape is suitable for variety of right-handed people (if you don?t mind not being able to hook your little finger under the mouse). However, at RM229 list, the price is a little hefty and at this level, you could find a better wireless mouse with more features than this. Read more
