A final disappointment is the presence of inverse ghosting. Overall the 245T brings much more to the table than any standard computer monitor on the market and this is directly apparent in its premium price. With industry leading color reproduction, excellent contrast and clarity to take advantage of with a literally a buffet of video connections, the 245T would be best described as swiss army monitor option in the 24" monitor market. This may be all well and good for many, but anyone in the know will tell you that what you really want is a 24in LCD. With a 1,920 x 1,200 native resolution you get appreciably more desktop real-estate, while the 1,920 pixel width means it's the closest thing to 1,920 x 1,080 (1080p) 'Full HD' short of buying a 1080p capable TV.
