It’s debatable whether these improvements really warrant someone who’s already got FIFA 08 in their collection to hand over full price for the game, but EA aren’t worried I presume, it’ll sell like hotcakes regardless. While I think the idea of two soccer games by the same company every year is a silly idea, there are many of you how chomp at the bit to get each and every incarnation. For you I say, UEFA EURO 2008 is the best version of soccer that EA has put up to date, and just gets me excited for what lies in store for the full game called FIFA 09 this fall! Read more

Having put all the control options to manual, this plays a great flowing and dynamic game of football. A lot of variations in the types of goals you can score with build up play is a necessity, unlike fifa's of old. Obviously with the tournament having been and gone this game is probably past it's best, but a good sign for fifa 09 nonetheless! Read more
